“Can Pan,” The 2018 Mid-term Elections California Battle Cry For Health, Religious & Fully Informed Medical Consent Freedoms

By Catherine J. Frompovich

California State Senator Richard Pan (D-Sacramento), the notorious primary co-sponsor of the unconstitutional SB277, which became effective and forced law July 1, 2016, now has become this election cycle’s “must go” candidate, thus the campaign slogan and meme, “Can Pan.”

Dr. Pan apparently is a Big Pharma and vaccine acolyte, who believes he has the right to deny Californians of their religious and philosophical beliefs and also to flaunt an unmitigated impudence to superimpose his apparent naïve belief that vaccines cause no harm and can/may prevent certain diseases, whereas in reality, vaccines now are being rejected almost universally by parents and vaccine safety advocates who have seen and experienced the damage vaccines do to children of all ages—from infants to college students—due to the greatly hyped-up, mandated vaccine schedules for various age groups, including senior citizens.

Furthermore, vaccines are ‘outdated biologicals’ since many vaccines are “duds” because of disease organisms morphing to outwit a vaccine’s purpose. A prime example of that is found in the Pertussis vaccine, where those vaccinated are contracting another strain of Pertussis due to the disease’s capability to morph into another strain in order to survive by rejecting the Pertussis active in today’s vaccines.

Another example is the nightmarish HPV vaccines given to both young boys and young girls under the pretense of preventing the Human Papillomavirus from striking, when in reality the vaccine only contains several strains out of over 100 strains of which 30 are known to be high-risk for causing cancers. Currently, only one vaccine contains 9 HPV strains, but the damage the HPV vaccine causes is horrendous, so much so that countries have taken it off their recommended schedules of vaccines and lawsuits in foreign countries have been filed against HPV vaccine makers.

Furthermore, according to the CDC’s VAERS reporting system as of 9/14/2018, there have been 59,634 adverse events reports filed for the HPV vaccines! Ironically, the HPV didn’t help much since there were 663 Abnormal Pap Smears; 317 Cervical Dysplasia; and 144 Cervical cancers—something the HPV is touted as preventing! Irate Californians are furious about Senator Pan’s messing with parental rights by taking away parents’ ability to reject vaccines/vaccinations for their children based upon religious and philosophical beliefs or other valid reasons, such as a child having had a previous adverse event after receiving a vaccine and also interfering with their legal rights to fully informed medical consent regarding vaccines.

“Can Pan 2018” created a comparative position paper about how Senator Pan shapes up against his political opponent, Eric Frame, an independent with no party affiliation. Here are their differences:

The above California citizen initiative ought to become the norm for all states that deny citizens of religious and philosophical reasons to reject neurotoxic, child abuse chemicals being injected into children from day one of birth to senior citizens, plus denying citizens of the right to fully informed medical consent.
