This Breathtaking Tree Walkway Puts All Others To Shame

The innovative tree walkway is 2,000 ft. (600 meters) in length and will take nature enthusiasts 150 feet (or 45 meters) above the ground.

Get your passports ready, nature enthusiasts. The Camp Adventure Treetop Experience is being developed in Denmark, and it’s guaranteed to be the experience of a lifetime.

Designed by EFFEKT, the walkway will offer a 360° view of the hilly landscape, which includes forests, lakes, creeks, and wetlands.

EFFEKT’s goal is to “improve accessibility to the forest” while reducing landscape disturbance, according to Inhabitat. As a result, the walkway is being built in the preserved forest Gisselfeld Klosters Skove.

Upon arriving, visitors will transcend from the forest floor through the treetops. At the top of the structure, there is a 360° view of the surrounding area. There are two structures that make up the route towards the tower. The higher walkway extends past some of the forest’s older trees. The lower path swirls around the younger areas, giving viewers a closer view of the blooming flora.

The Camp Adventure Treetop Experience will be located an hour south of Copenhagen and will be completed in 2018. Learn more: campadventure.dk | effekt.dk
