I will start off by saying I use this product alongside a different product. I purchased on Amazon that said I have really seen a significant difference since taking these supplements. I usually take a pill when I have my morning coffee, and the suppresses my appetite until about 2 o’clock, which is perfect. I also take another dose right after lunch and that usually leaves me feeling satisfied for the rest of the night. Now I’m not saying that is healthy but I am a relatively small build, and wouldn’t put my body in shock. Please get with your own DR before taking anything .

I started this on December 1. From past experience, I ate everything in sight for the Holidays. I'm 55, post-menopausal and crave sweets. The first week it didn't work at all, then it kicked in on week #2. I ate normal food, I ate carbs, but no fruit. I don't lose weight when I eat fruit, which is strange. But I ate bread & pasta, meat, normal food within reason. I ate between 1500-1700 calories a day, and I tried to get 64 ounces of water in, but most of the time I didn't. No exercise. After the first week, the Olly helped. I didn't eat any candy or cookies which I stuffed myself with in the past. I didn't weigh myself until January 1, and I'm down 12+ pounds. So yes, I think this really helps. and I've placed another order.

I saw some reviews talking about the side effects of these pills, but I am not sensitive to supplements or medication at all and have not had issues with other similar supplements. While this does make you lose your appetite, you will be so bloated that it feels like you had a 5 course meal. Also the second day I took these I had the worst headache I have ever experienced in my life and was so tired it felt like my eyes were popping out of my head. It also affected my vision at a point. I was nauseous and dizzy even after not taking them for two days. Could have been user error as the first time I had them I hadn’t eaten, but the other times I took them after dinner so I thought I could sleep through the worst of the side effects. Wrong. I woke up and could barely stand up without my head pounding. So while it does do what it advertises, definitely be aware of the side effects. I will not take these again and will just go back to my metabolism drops as they do the same thing with no side effects.

So I see a lot of complaints about side effects. I have like less than half a bottle left and wonder how I felt when I was first was taking these idk. But I've been taking them for maybe a week or so now getting back in a routine as this time around I am doing a prolonged fast to kick start my weight loss journey. I'm on day 2 water fasting. I haven't had a headache or any side effects to do with supplements other than using the bathroom which could be a combo of my 7 Day Cleanse pills and Coffee/Tea in the morning. They say creatine gives headaches but I guess if you are drinking enough water with any supplements that tell you to make sure you drink water and you aren't eating junk your less likely to experience headaches or bad side effects. ***To me these actually have helped curb my appetite.
