Keep me healthy . I started to sleep all night it’s amazing. I really didn’t expect this to help me sleep at night but truly welcome the outcome. The only thing I will say it does make you constipated …I eat so many vegetables and salad every night I’m a vegetarian (I never had this problem before) . I will continue to buy this product sleeping all night it’s worth every penny. I just wish the bottle contained more pills it’s a Little expensive.

I purchased these after hearing about how Montmorency cherries can help improve sleep and reduce inflammation. In the juice form, this kind of cherry juice can be quite pricey so this was my hope for an alternative. I will admit, at $20 a bottle, this supplement was still on the pricey side. Yet, I was excited by the fact that the serving size was one per day, which would give me a 2 month supply.
The pills came in perfect condition and seemed fresh. They were easy to swallow. As hopeful as I was, after trying these daily for more than a week, I have not noticed any difference in my pain levels. And whether or not I am sleeping better is questionable. I will mention that I have lupus and therefore, curbing my joint pain and decreasing the insomnia I suffer from would be quite the task for any individual supplement. BUT there have been things that provided a noticeable difference and, unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. Believe it or not, Walgreens brand Quick Dissolve Melatonin, has been AMAZING for helping me fall asleep. I can feel it's effects within 10-20 minutes. That doesn't help me stay asleep but I can always tell when I've taken it. This cherry supplement...not so much.

First, gout affects each person differently. Within the first day or two that I took this tart cherry pill, my bowel movement changed. Sorry for the lovely topic. But my consistent, 360 days a year BM changed noticeably for the first time in 30+ years that I can remember. For the next 10 days since starting this pill, I was still on a different cycle, moving better. With such a drastic life change, I decided, I might try taking myself off the Allopurinol. So I needed to refill, and did, but also stopped taking my 300mg Allopurinol prescription. Almost 4 weeks later, my gout situation is still the same, maybe even slightly better.

Again, gout is different for everyone. I can eat red meat, beef, but some of my friends can't. Other friends can have shellfish, but I must avoid it, else it will trigger a gout attack. I still avoid organ meats like the plague. Good thing I don't drink alcohol in the first place. I avoid foods with nitrates/nitrites, preservatives. I take in low sugar, and try to stick with real sugar when necessary. I try to eat healthy most of the time.

Tart cherry pill, powder, juice, what have you, is going to affect people differently. But I thought, why not give it a shot, what's there to lose. Now for a month, I haven't taken Allopurinol, reducing any potential side effects that I've been risking for the last 10 years. It's good for me, and rather take this than Allopurinol. It may not work for you. But if it does, then you can be free of medication with harsher side effects than concentrated tart cherry. Plus this brand is simple, 60 capsules, 1 pill a day, 800mg each. Some brands are like 120 pill bottle, 10,000mg, 3 servings, what the heck? This one is simple. If this one doesn't work, try a different brand. If you find something, it'll be worth getting off Allopurinol.

It's hard to know if any of these supplements actually do anything other than make your urine more valuable. I bought this to help with gout and I never noticed a difference.
