The Belief That the Ends Justify the Means Has No Conscience or Consciousness
Increasingly, humankind is paying heed to how we move towards that future, and whether our journey has a conscience.
Societal structures driving us towards the future are receiving failing grades.
We are living in a time of unprecedented mal-intent towards the consciousness and conscience of the collective.
Conscience vs. Con Science
We need to recognize when we are in the presence of a deliberate intent to confuse, obfuscate, and scramble our consciousness into a state of cognitive dissonance.
This strategy of cultivating confusion is being weaponized, and is highly profitable for those involved.
The greatest defense is to pay attention, and to take the high road, always in all ways.
Recognizing the con is helpful.
An organization, industry, or paradigm that is based on lying is doomed, eventually, to fall.
Aligning with the desire to promote the truth is radically opposed to feeling justified in adopting unscrupulous actions in order to support a particular belief system and outcome.
As is the case with the outlandish theories justifying wireless safety.
Conspiracy Theory – Weaponized by the CIA
As Top Secret Writers explains, the CIA has been heavily involved in the development of false and misleading narratives for decades.
“Critic Attack Strategy” has become more insidious and nefarious over time, as the factions of the military-industrial complex, big tech, politics, banking, and the media are no longer separate entities. Product defense, or professional lying, to feed the machine, is big business, unrestrained in the current climate.

First, the publication of the article 2 days before Christmas is of interest.
Does it denote an attempt to keep the document flying under the radar, but available in the literature for later use. Was the article widely publicized, or designed and implemented for covert use?
This scenario was in play when Massachusetts regulators intentionally issued an order regarding smart utility meters on Dec. 23, 2013, perhaps hoping that no one would see it or would have the time to respond within the deadline period, which spanned the holidays. The strategic lack of reverence for societal spiritual mores is symptomatic of an intentional con.
Industry Affiliation

Longstanding Financial Ties to Industry
Kenneth Foster PhD, has published numerous research studies on 5G and wireless radiation directly funded by wireless and electric company organizations such as the Wi-Fi Alliance, the Mobile Manufacturers Forum, the Electric Power Research Institute and the GSMA who “represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide.” (Click here to see examples of his studies and industry group sponsors.)
Foster has a long history of being hired by companies to serve as the safety consultant in smartmeter, cell tower and high voltage powerline cases. He lists Motorola, Bell Atlantic Mobile, Comcast Metrophone, Sprint Spectrum, Omnipoint Cellular Communications, and Electric Power Research Institute. (Search Foster to see his CV). An online search finds several examples of Foster presenting as the industry “safety expert” for T Mobile, Towers of PA, AT and T regarding cell tower safety.
Furthermore EHT’s investigation of Foster’s industry connections shows that as soon as some of Foster industry financed papers were published, these very same papers were then used as the cornerstone of “health and safety brochures” put out by the wireless industry’s foremost public relations associations. In other words, the industry uses industry funded science in their scientific pamphlets as proof of safety.
Most recently Foster has co-authored Transient Thermal Responses of Skin to Pulsed Millimeter Waves (2020) which states, “The work of Kenneth Foster, Martin Ziskin and Quirino Balzano was supported in part by the Mobile and Wireless Forum.”
Foster is listed as co-author to several papers that the Mobile Manufacturers Forum (MMF) listed in a 2018 report entitled “Twenty Years of Research” explaining how the MMF “support of scientific research has resulted in the following peer-reviewed publications.”

The above is just a small sampling of the industry financed papers published by Kenneth Foster. Foster has expertise in measuring radiofrequency radiation levels and exposures. However, his papers use the FCC or ICNIRP limits as the benchmark for safety and compare his measured levels to these limits. Thus most people reading his papers will think they assure safety. However FCC and ICNIRP limits do not protect people, nor birds, bees and trees from biological non thermal effects or effects from long term exposure. – Reza Ganjavi
What’s in a Name, Weller vs Weller
Another insidious strategy is finding an expert with the same last name as someone the industry wants to neutralize. Robert Weller is not Steven Weller.
Steve Weller is part of the independent multidisciplinary scientific team at The Oceania Radiofrequency Science Advisory Association (ORSAA), whose goal is to provide an independent perspective on EMF science. ORSAA has recently performed a thorough and unbiased scientific review of the biological effects of EMFs, leading to critical discoveries on how funding sources affect study outcomes.

“Mr. Steve Weller, BSc (Biochemistry and Microbiology) is a professional in the IT field. He is a public representative on the Electromagnetic Energy Reference Group (EMERG) committee at the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) that meets biannually. Mr. Weller first became interested in RF bioeffect/health research after a number of people in Victoria personally complained of health problems that only developed after smart meters were installed on their homes. He began to review Australia’s RF Standard in 2011 and then established a document that captured the peer-reviewed RF bio- effect literature. We can’t access the necessary healing, integration, and evolution of science until we stop the lies.
