5G EMF/RF Memorial Day 2021: “Havana” Stories: Invisible, Uncounted Microwave Injured Civilians and Vets Conclusion: Part 2 of 2
In Part 1 of the conclusion of Memorial Day article series, we questioned why civilian reports of injuries similar to those reported by embassy and diplomatic personnel are not being quantified or investigated, including the work of Dr. Beatrice Golumb.
We also noted, historically, that one of the populations that also “doesn’t count” is injured military personnel.
Microwave Injured Vets: Thrown Under the Bus Too, Along with Uncounted Civilians
According to the Microwave Injured Vets Network, there are an estimated 4 million microwave injured veterans in the United States. The advocacy group has created a model that shows the progression of symptoms associated with occupational exposures.

Who is at “High Risk?” Everyone?
The model created by the Microwave Injured Veterans Network is an active slide graph – as the slide moves across the page from left to right to correspond with the symptoms experienced, the vet’s designation moves from low to high occupational risk.
What is alarming about the model created by the Vet Network is that many civilians, including children, are dropping immediately into the symptom category for high occupational risk; and for some, it has occurred instantaneously, when a new microwave radio frequency is introduced, for example, with the wireless utility meters and infrastructure, or Wifi in a school.
One adverse effect is the inability to sleep. Sleep deprivation is prohibited by international law as a form of torture. One of the simplest, easiest ways to investigate this complaint is to monitor sleep and RF exposures in the environment where the disruption occurs. This is not rocket science. These are not consumers choosing to smoke; these are non-consenting, non-benefitting individuals being involuntary exposed to inescapable, ubiquitous exposures, in many cases covertly being introduced and amplified in the environment . . . by whom, and why?
Ionizing vs. Non-ionizing?
The Microwave Injured Vets Network is seeking to modify: “M21-1, Part IV, Subpart ii, Chapter 1, Section C – Claims for Service Connection (SC) for Disabilities Resulting from Ionizing Radiation Exposure Under 38 CFR 3.311 Article ID: 554400000014905M21-1, Part IV, Subpart ii, Chapter 1, Section C – Claims for Service Connection (SC) for Disabilities Resulting from Ionizing Radiation Exposure Under 38 CFR 3.311Article ID: 554400000014905.”
The government belatedly recognized cataracts and infertility, mostly in servicemen, being caused by exposure to ionizing radiation.
Non-ionizing radiation is also causing symptoms, ill health, and disability, in both military personnel, as well as civilian men, women, and children. Economic and surveillance agendas are proceeding under the irrational false claim that if radiation is not ionizing, it is not harmful.
Thermal vs. Non-thermal
This claim promoted internationally by the inbred group-think surrounding ICNIRP (International Commission of Non-ionizing Radiation Protection) is that heating is the only mechanism of harm.
A May, 2021 article “Aspects on the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) 2020 Guidelines on Radiofrequency RadiationProtection (ICNIRP) 2020 Guidelines on Radiofrequency Radiation” by Lennart Hardell, Mona Nilsson, Tarmo Koppel, and Michael Carlberg notes,
The International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) published 2020 updated guidelines on radiofrequency (RF) radiation in the frequency range 100 kHz to 300 GHz. Harmful effects on human health and the environment at levels below the guidelines are downplayed although evidence is steadily increasing. Only thermal (heating) effects are acknowledged and therefore form the basis for the guidelines. Despite the increasing scientific evidence of non-thermal effects, the new ICNIRP guidelines are not lower compared with the previous levels. Expert groups from the WHO, the EU Commission and Sweden are to a large extent made up of members from ICNIRP, with no representative from the many scientists who are critical of the ICNIRP standpoint.
The article concludes,
The resistance to the abundant and growing scientific evidence on health risks is remarkable and not within the realm of public health. This behavior, due to the ICNIRP influence and dominant role in several other expert groups, is detrimental to human health and leads to suffering and even premature death that could have been prevented. Furthermore, it must be stressed that in general there is lack of persons with medical education and competence not only in the evaluating bodies but also in several research teams producing questionable results as exemplified in this text. ICNIRP is not representative of the scientific community since it does not include representatives from scientists that agree there is evidence of harmful effects at levels well below ICNIRPs limits although these scientists are in majority in the scientific community.
The New Yorker article about embassy injuries indicates that researchers “…. found no signs of physical impact to the victims’ skulls—it was as if the victims had “a concussion without a concussion,” [ ]—but the team found signs consistent with damage to the patients’ brains.” Under the Biden administration,
U.S. national-security agencies have a program under way to develop effective countermeasures. They are currently looking into what it might take to build a device that can cause brain injuries similar to those which have been observed in Havana Syndrome patients. As part of that effort, scientists at a military laboratory are planning on exposing primates to pulsed microwave radiation and then studying their brains.
It is important to note that the debilitating attacks on embassy and diplomatic personnel did not feature burn injuries.
The truth is that we’re already exposing brains to pulsed microwave radiation, and we already know that it is causing harm – not just to a few hundred diplomatic and embassy personnel who are valued by the power hunger game minority, but to millions worldwide. And we have plenty of devices that emit pulsed microwave radiation, including Wifi routers.
In her article: Memorial Day: 5G AND THE MILITARY — Marriage Made in Hell, Kate Kheel asks, “Are microwaves heating up a new cold war?” She reviewed military interest in 5G, systems warfare, cyber security/insecurity, outer space treaties, nuclear power, dual use technology, and the (lucrative) business of war.
We also looked at issues and emerging activism concerning “killer drones.”
What 5G means to the military 5G wireless communications is expected to move voice, video, text, and image data with bandwidth as fast as 300 GHz to create data on demand for the battlefield. 5G telecommunications technology offers far more to the military than today’s voice and data radio. It has the potential to create a ubiquitous infosphere where data from sensors, targeting, surveillance, and signals intelligence are instantly available. LINK
While researching issues surrounding 5G and its connection to militarism, Kate Kheel noted the increasing depersonalization and disconnect; the increasing ease of inflicting harm, even at a distance; and the increasing immediacy of the damage; for example with killer drones, activated by a digit alone. She’ll be doing a deeper dive in the upcoming series of articles for the June solstice meditation and global action.
We can “honor the dead, heal the wounded, and stop the wars,” while respecting the dignity of those who serve and served. At the same time, we can reject the abject immorality of an unrestrained military machine, that, like an auto-immune disease, has turned inward, attacking its own health and well-being.
We do not know where the CIA is headed with their narrative about the attacks on those few who are counted. But we do know that the wireless/control/power high stakes crap shoot has now taken to the skies and space.
Are military and economic interests demonizing Russia because of the science it produced, in 1976, showing harm?
Humans are capable of horrifically inhumane acts, and technology enables the disconnect. Military experiments in invisible surveillance and weaponry, paid for by tax dollars, are increasingly covert, and aimed at innocent citizens; not contrived or actual enemies, with lack of justification, oversight, transparency, and accountability.
Those whose physiology reveals the presence of damaging microwave radiofrequencies uncover inconvenient truths. We overlook, we dissociate, we ignore; or we devote our deepening attention and action.
This is how turning off one’s Wifi at night, or rejecting a smart meter or 5G phone, and protecting the health-vulnerable neighbor, becomes a radical act, of caring and response-ability.
Hear from one of the microwaved-injured American young persons testifying in her community, unfortunately, to mostly deaf ears.
