Meditation is another calming method that you can use wherever you are. Whether you are in a meeting or sitting at your desk, you can practice mindful breathing exercises. Try downloading a phone app that provides meditation exercises for you to practice. Meditation and mindful breathing exercises are an excellent resource that you can utilize in nearly any situation.
