Electromagnetic Frequencies: Can You Do Something About Them If They Affect You?
Day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute…it’s happening! Everyone is being assaulted by an unseen, yet ‘coveted’, biological enemy: Technology’s ‘smart’ appliances with their ubiquitous microwave frequencies!
Whoa! What a statement to make. Yes, that’s a rather incriminating accusation, but a factual one inertly acknowledged virtually by everyone: Those who manufacture ‘smart’ appliances—read their product descriptions for radiofrequency outputs (GHz); those who research negative health effects associated with bandwidths they operate on; plus government and industry agencies which encourage their constantly-increasing exposures, the Federal Communications Commission and, especially, ICNIRP, the microwave industry’s professional ‘mouthpiece’.
Even though most consumers inadvertently have become addicted to ‘smart’ technology advances, they probably fail to realize what’s happening to them at the very cellular levels of their beings, especially with their DNA. One of the scientifically-studied side effects of EMF/RF exposure is cancer.
This IARC / WHO monograph, “Non-ionizing Radiation, Part 2: Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields volume 102” (2013) explains more than most consumers are aware of the risks involved.
However, those who are perceptive have begun to realize that all is not well when using microwave-operated/generated devices such as cell phones, iPhones, Wi-Fi, computers, especially since the rather recent conversion to mandatory AMI Smart Meters retrofitted onto homes and businesses by electric, natural gas and water utility companies, nationally and globally. Those RF “generators,” plus ‘smart’ in-home appliances expose everyone everywhere to a ‘sea’ of electrosmog pollution which results in sensitive consumers contracting electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), or what the medical profession rather reluctantly diagnoses as idiopathic environmental intolerance (IEI) [1-2].
Statistically, EHS/IEI is on the rise, and big time, too! See “Electromagnetic hypersensitivity–an increasing challenge to the medical profession” (2015) and here.
In the Abstract for the article “Environmental Intolerance, Symptoms and Disability Among Fertile-Aged Women,” we find this disturbing data:
Of the respondents, 46% reported annoyance to chemicals, molds, or electromagnetic fields. Thirty-three percent reported symptoms relating to at least one of these three EIs, 18% reported symptoms that included central nervous system symptoms, and 15% reported behavioral changes.
Statistics for those suffering with EHS/IEI are hard to come by. The most definitive data I had were the figures I presented at court in my pro se case before the PA Public Utility Commission regarding AMI Smart Meters, which were the following:
26% of the USA population (Caress & Steinemann, 2003)
19% of the Swedish population (Johansson et al, 2005)
27% of the Danish population (Berg et al 2008)
32% of the German population (Hausteiner et al, 2005)

As you can see, those studies are rather old, and with all the ‘smart’ appliances, etc. now, EMF/RF exposures are greater, and more people may be affected.
What are some of the more prominent EHS symptoms?
According to the World Health Organization,
EHS is characterized by a variety of non-specific symptoms, which afflicted individuals attribute to exposure to EMF. The symptoms most commonly experienced include dermatological symptoms (redness, tingling, and burning sensations) as well as neurasthenic and vegetative symptoms (fatigue, tiredness, concentration difficulties, dizziness, nausea, heart palpitation, and digestive disturbances). The collection of symptoms is not part of any recognized syndrome.
Here is more information on symptoms, etc.
So what can be done about human exposure to microwave radiation, etc.?
Several times a week I am asked about what is going on with the weather where I live (SE Pennsylvania) and how it affects almost everyone, especially when scalar clouds roll in with all the electromagnetic energy they contain. Physicians are telling me how their patients complain horribly about the ‘weather effects’.
Since all the above is energy being generated artificially, not by Nature, humans have to deal with something they never had to before, i.e., man-made electromagnetics in the ranges never before generated until the military got involved with radar and microwaves, and now directed energy weapons (DEWs) and HAARP and you name it!
As a retired healthcare professional and health researcher/writer, I decided there must be some way to deal with those energies. As a result, I have put together a pilot research program to help individuals try to moderate their ability to deal with EMFs/RFs using a holistic approach going back several thousand years. I have been doing it and have noticed some dramatic changes for when those “weather clouds” come in. I had a rear-end auto accident in April 2018 that gave me sciatica problems, which I never had.
When certain systems roll in, the sciatica will “talk” to me. The Energy Balancing System I’m researching seems to be working, so I theorized it can work with EMF/RF exposures too. Energy is energy, and everything is energy!
CAVEAT and LEGAL NOTICE
As a regular contributor to Activist Post and Natural Blaze who writes about health issues, I asked if I could share this information with my readers, as it just may be something to help them cope with EHS/IEI. Editors at both platforms were insistent I declare they and their respective online newsletters do not support nor promote my research project, but will publish it in the interests of general information.
Below is the protocol I put together, which is self-explanatory. There are no costs involved, nothing to sell or purchase, just a specific set of exercises to balance the innate energy system natural to the human body.
However, I am looking for feedback, which anyone who does the protocol can email to my personal email address listed in the paper below.

Can It Help EHS Sufferers?

“In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours,
healing was accomplished by moving energy.”
Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Biochemist & 1937 Nobel Prize Winner
In today’s ever-increasing exposures to electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs), as a retired holistic healthcare practitioner I got to wondering if there is a possibility of an ancient Tibetan / Chinese holistic healing modality having any impact upon, effectuating, or modulating the movement of energy, or possibly the deflection of certain energies away from humans generated by microwaves or other man-made frequencies and bandwidths most of modern life is subjected to, or has become addicted to.
Energy healing traditions going back five thousand years are being re-evaluated. Some newer forms include EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques—meridian-based techniques, similar to acupuncture, but performed by an individual self-tapping on various significant meridians while keeping affirming thoughts regarding EHS such as “I am willing to release all patterns within me that are creating EHS.”
I’m referring to EFT and the Gratitude Tap, as illustrated in the 23+ minute video below.
EFT gratitude tap-ping for EFT tapping into gratitude EFT Love Tap-ping Tapping for Love with Tony-Guy Parker @ The Healing Arts Studio, Newburgh, NY 07/30/13.
Here’s what I’m thinking, questioning and wondering: If anyone who is detrimentally affected by electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) due to cell phones, computers, AMI Smart Meters, Wi-Fi, new cars, or other high tech devices emitting EMFs/RFs can adjust their personal energy to be able to shift, self-adjust and/or be less intolerable of EMFs/RFs based upon an ancient practice of unblocking natural energy flows in the human body, as explained by the instructor in the above video.
Anyone who is negatively impacted by EHS probably is looking for an inexpensive and quick fix. There are many suggestions, routines and offerings out there in EMF-solution-land, nonetheless, EFT is something worth investigating and trying on oneself as a normal daily routine—morning and night—along with avoiding as much high tech radiation exposure time for at least 4 consecutive weeks to see if you can gain noticeable relief, reduced adverse reaction symptoms, or their intensity or severity.
One important biochemical change to make for increasing vitality and producing ATP (adenosine triphosphate, the standard molecule for cellular energy in the human body), during those 4 weeks would be to eat only organically-grown food, no GMO-containing ingredients, which most processed foods contain, and eat pasture-raised meats, eggs, and dairy products; drink non-fluoridated water; NO microwave oven-cooked-or-heated food, coffee, tea, soup, etc.
The human energy force, as described in Eastern medicine practice, is known as Qi or Ch’i.
To document as many personal experiences as possible; publish outcomes/results to share easy, self-help natural modalities with others who are searching for EHS relief; to bring attention to and also recommend research into energy medicine as a healing paradigm to alleviate EHS adverse reactions.
As far as I know, this is may be a first attempt at such a research experiment. I am seeking feedback from anyone who has done this protocol; has kept dates, times and personal symptoms reaction notes daily, regardless of improvement or not, and/or quantification of improvement(s) realized.
Personally, as a retired holistic healthcare professional still doing consumer health research and writing, it is my opinion the future of all healing modalities eventually will become what’s known as “energy medicine,” since humans are electromagnetic beings utilizing higher consciousness as their “central computers.” The ancients understood and practiced that; Dr. Samuel Hahnemann founded homeopathy based upon such bio-functional principles; however, the allopathic medical paradigm ultimately skews naturally-occurring body energy by using man-made chemicals, which tend to block energy pathways and enzyme systems; pollute the human microbiome; interfere with cellular mitochondria (energy producer in each cell); and, consequently, de-energizes the human body due to different frequency ranges every element produces* (man-made chemical and EMF/RF contaminations, ultimately), which humans have not evolved with over the course of evolutionary time.
