  • 8 or 9 stalks of fresh organic celery
  • 2 large peeled organic oranges
  • 1 peeled organic lemon (middle size)
  • half a head of organic lettuce
  • ½ bunch watercress.

Put all ingredients in a juicer and if necessary, stir from time to time.

The ingredients will provide you with more than just one glass. Once you make this juice, drink one glass, and store the rest.

You can consume the juice within three days after preparation. To store the juice, put in a glass container and store it in the fridge.
