What’s With the FCC’s Outdated Electromagnetic Radiation Regulations?
Is it true the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) based its 1996 electromagnetic radiation exposure limits, commonly referred to as SARs [Specific Absorption Rate(s)] upon studies performed using
a model of a 220 pound male head. Research repeatedly indicates that the radiation penetrates deeper into children’s smaller bodies and brains. The current FCC exposure limits did not consider the higher energy absorption in fetuses, children and women.
[What was the model head made from; did it contain human brain matter? Why a male head, since more than half the population is female and demographics indicate body weights are all over the scale anywhere from just about 2 pounds at birth to over 500 pounds?]
Background: In the U.S., the FCC regulations (mostly for IEEE C95.1-1991) averaged exposure to the public over a 30 minute time period, and for workers a 6 minute time period. ICNIRP defines the averaged exposure to the public and to workers over a 6 minute time period.
The above pap is indicative of “consensus science” propagated by “ANSI, IEEE and by ICNIRP in association with industry and military organizations, [as] the existing exposure limits.” [CJF emphasis] Microwave technology has been weaponized ! Check the 5G range.
As an aside, a newly published book, Under An Ionized Sky From Chemtrails To Space Fence Lockdown, available February 13, 2018, authored by Elana Freeland is a must read to understand what’s going on with the weaponization of space, etc.
Now, please tell me who in the public sector is exposed to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) for only a 30 minute period when we literally are ‘swimming’ in a sea of microwave radiation 24/7/365 and bombarded by EMR spewing from microwave cell towers, mobile cell towers, stingray towers, GWEN towers, cell phones, DECT phones, cordless phones, baby monitors, AMI Smart Meter ZigBee transmitters, Wi-Fi, Routers, all sorts of tech networks at school, work and in our homes, and 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G speeds and the soon-to-be-fast tracked 5G!
During most of the above exposures, especially with AMI Smart Meters for electricity, extremely high frequency pulses are emitted, which are referred to as sinusoidal waves or “dirty electricity” , which travel over copper wires rated only 60Hz inside your home’s walls.
How many workers in the microwave, or any tech industry, are exposed for only a 6 minute time period? Where’s rational, common-sense thinking? They couldn’t get their jobs done based upon that parameter! Moreover, how can consensus scientists claim such malfeasance in research is accurate science upon which to base general population exposure rates?
Now, let’s take some ‘literary licensure’ for the above rates. My calculator can’t work out the math, since too many numbers become involved.
Based upon a 30-minute exposure for the public, how many SARs would a person absorb within a 24-hour day only? Math: (2) 30-minute periods in one hour x 24 hours = 48 periods x (µW/cm2) = what cumulative amount of SARs, ICNIRP, IEEE, ANSI, WHO, FCC and Congress?
Based upon a 6-minute exposure for a worker, how many SARs would a worker absorb within an average 8 hour work shift? Math: (10) 6-minute periods in one work hour x 8 hours = 80 periods x (µW/cm2) = what cumulative amount of SARs, ICNIRP, IEEE, ANSI, WHO, FCC and Congress?
No one ever has been able to provide realistic cumulative scientific data as asked for above, only pie-in-the-sky hypotheticals for minutes, and no one lives for only 30 or 6 minutes!
Furthermore, how many humans walk around with a 220-pound male head size on their shoulders made from synthetics rather than skin, bone and brain matter? Does a newborn infant have such a head? How about a toddler? How about someone who weighs only 125 pounds? They’re pushing ‘cookie cutter science’ – the same as vaccine makers – rather than accurately factual real science!
Another indicator of how they do their science is how the airlines measured Wi-Fi exposure in airline cabins and which I wrote about here. Do you consider yourself a sack of potatoes?
How come the microwave industry is pushing 5G like crazy, but there are no environment impact or health studies done to substantiate its safety?
Isn’t it about time Congress mandates correct scientific studies be done for realistic SARs? Those studies should not be performed by ICNIRP, IEEE or ANSI but, instead, by independent scientists who have no vested interests.
That’s when the FCC must update its very old ‘cookie-cutter’ science.
