The Consciousness or Emotional Factors of Vitiligo – Part 4

Every disease or health problem has consciousness. What this means is that there are very specific emotions, thoughts and belief systems that contribute to someone having vitiligo. The mind is far more powerful than the body and is actually the controller of the body. In Chinese medicine, you cannot separate the body from the mind. Many times the body simply is reflecting in a physical health problem, an internal emotional reality that is not healthy. The physical body is reflecting the mind. The Chinese have known for millennia that emotions literally can cause disease. The Chinese even associated specific emotions with organs. Western medicine is finally catching up to this idea, but it is still not fully considered in today’s world.

Often times, the body will manifest a symptom in order to get our attention, so that we can pay attention to our internal reality. Negative emotions and thoughts literally create disease and health problems. This may be difficult to believe, but when you have had lots of experience with this in practice, it changes you and how you see the body in profound ways. Therefore, in order to deal with vitiligo, we need to first understand what things are emotional contributing to the problem and then we need to let those things go.

General Consciousness Meaning of Vitiligo

This condition has to do with feeling like you don’t belong; like you are outside of things and that you don’t belong to a group. This internal reality has been established and reinforced by negative memories that we have related to these ideas. Ask yourself the following questions to get to an understanding about how this might apply to you.

  1. When was the first time you had a memory where you felt you didn’t belong?
  2. Do you feel like you are not a part of your family?
  3. Have you been a part of a family with divorce?
  4. Have you been rejected by someone or a group recently or in the past?
  5. Were you a part of an organization and now you are not?
  6. Are you caught between two worldviews that you haven’t been able to resolve?
  7. Do you feel like you don’t belong anywhere?
  8. Do you feel like you are different than everyone else?
  9. Is the color of your skin a part of your identity in some way?

You can feel rejected, dejected, sadness, grief, anger, fear, worthless, unworthy, unstable, depressed, scorn, self-pity, heartache, shame and many others. When we go through negative emotional experiences in the past, these experiences often times get internalized. When we internalize them and hold onto the negative emotions and thoughts from these experiences, they can literally manifest as a way for our body to tell us that these things are too heavy and aren’t contributing to health and life within you. Many of us don’t know how to let go of our negative emotions and emotional experiences.

Interestingly, I have observed this when I lived in Costa Rica and here in the USA under some unique circumstances. They are different for everyone. People that are born with a parent of one race and a parent of a different race can possibly experience this. Are you a latino or are you white? Are you black or are you white? With these differences one can grow up wondering these things or being in an environment where they strongly feel they don’t belong. Perhaps this was a struggle that Michael Jackson had.

How do you let go and process through these things?

Some amazing techniques exist in medicine today that are a little outside the box, but have proven very effective in helping people to let go of the emotions and experiences that are contributing to them believing they don’t belong. One of those modalities is called Body Talk. It is the first and perhaps only quantum model of health care that exists, incorporating all aspects of someone’s body-mind. The best part is that sessions can be done in person or over the phone at a distance in order to help you heal. Some of brightest quantum physicists are jumping on board in support of it. Body Talk and other modalities can help you heal.

You can identify, let go of and be free from the experiences which you know are still unhealed and unprocessed within you. Contact me today to set up a consultation or come by the clinic in Orlando, FL to see if this might be a good fit for you. If you have a healthy lifestyle, try a whole food supplement protocol, detoxify, try acupuncture, take powerful herbals and deal with what is in your mind, I believe you have a great possibility of healing from vitiligo. I can’t promise you will heal, but your chances will be much greater if you do these things. Are you ready to get started today?
