What you will need:
  • a cup of mixed walnuts and pecans
  • a cup of dates, pitted
  •  ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly made coconut butter
  • a pinch Maldon Salt
  • ½ recipe of raw chocolate icing
What you will do:
  1. Process the walnuts and pecans in a blender until the mixture becomes crumbly and small.
  2. Add in the dates in the mixture and process until the dates are thoroughly blended and the dough is sticking together.

  6. Put it in the freezer for about an hour. Slice it into 6 large squares after an hour.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
