A Third Option? Sign First, Then Inject

There is no doubt the vaccine debate has entered into full swing on both sides. The mainstream media is allocating a somewhat disproportionate amount of time to ensure its viewers receive the message that everyone needs to take their shots.
As if on cue, states are introducing legislation eliminating exemptions and waivers which will effectively force the vaccines, a private company’s products, onto their populations.
As the conversation get into later rounds, there seems less willingness and patience to respect questions and concerns from parents and families. In addition, as the majority of the mainstream media outlets trumpet the same talking points, proponents for informed vaccine choice are given little time or attention to state their case.

Meanwhile, bordering on the unethical, media guests who argue for forced vaccination and attack pro-choice parents often times are taking, or have taken, money from vaccine manufacturers. With all the flashing side bars and scrolling stock quotes on the television screen during media interviews, wouldn’t it make sense to add a line that lists “conflicts of interest” of the guest that is pushing for vaccines? This would also include money the network receives from pharmaceutical manufacturer sponsorship. This would assist those in making true informed consent.
Regardless of which side of the debate you are on, it is clear where the mainstream medical establishment, vaccine manufacturers, and government stands. Their talking point is that vaccines are safe and effective. How safe are they? Here are some of the many public, on-record claims made by medical professionals in the mainstream media … just in the last week:
“There’s nothing I do for my patients as a pediatrician that has more proven health benefits than being vaccinated fully and on-time. It’s a slam dunk ahead of anything else I do” – Dr. Richard Besser, Chief Medical and Health editor at ABC
“It’s just overwhelmingly improbably that there is this link (to vaccines causing autism) . It’s not just my opinion, that’s the opinion of the NIH, the Institutes of Medicine, The CDC, The World Health Organization, and countless autism research organizations. The measles vaccine is not new. It’s not an experimental treatment that they are just throwing out there.” – Dr. Holly Phillips, Medical & Health contributor at CBS
“There is no good reason to choose not to get a vaccine” – Paul A .Offitt, M.D.
Vaccine manufacturers are exempt from liability for any damages that are caused by their vaccines, as stated in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. Perhaps the landscape would look different if the individuals doing the injecting assumed some responsibility. We should offer them a written opportunity to double down on their claims vaccines are safe and effective.
Typically, the medical professional injecting an individual does not give them the manufacturer’s vaccine insert to take home and study. Prior to an injection of a vaccine, many medical professionals do not adequately discuss the possible side effects, complications, risks, and lack of long-term studies as stated on the vaccine insert.
Since we can never be too safe regarding medical technology and a vaccine industry that is in constant flux, the below form should be an example of a place to start in helping ensure the best safety and protection for the children, parents, and the herd (population).
(The below covers the FLUVAVAL and M.M.R. II vaccine)
As a licensed medical professional, I _________________ understand and take full legal responsibility for any damage caused by the vaccine(s) I am administering to ____________________ on the date of ______________. In addition, as a competent licensed practitioner I understand and am current and up to date with all the literature and information in the public domain regarding the vaccine(s) I am administering. I understand that on the vaccine(s) insert there states, from the manufacturer, the following statements:
- There have been no controlled trials adequately demonstrating a decrease in influenza disease after vaccination with FLULAVAL.
- Safety and effectiveness of FLULAVAL in pediatric patients have not been established.
- FLUVAL & M.M.R. II has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or for impairment of fertility.
- Safety and effectiveness of FLULAVAL have not been established in pregnant women, nursing mothers or children. M-M-R II can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity. Therefore, the vaccine should not be administered to pregnant females; furthermore, pregnancy should be avoided for 3 months following vaccination.
- Safety and effectiveness of measles vaccine in infants below the age of 6 months have not been established. Safety and effectiveness of mumps and rubella vaccine in infants less than 12 months of age have not been established.
Furthermore, I also am aware that Dr. William Thompson, senior research scientist from the Centers For Disease Control (CDC), a governing body I am subservient to and take orders from, has come forward and stated for the public record the following:
I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics. The omitted data suggested that African American males who received the MMR vaccine before age 36 months were at increased risk for autism. Decisions were made regarding which findings to report after the data were collected, and I believe that the final study protocol was not followed.
As of this date there have been no further statements in the public domain or on record. I am proceeding to administer the vaccine(s) to my patient with this knowledge. Finally, I as a doctor follow, fully understand, and submit to the ten points of the International Nuremberg Code established in 1947.
